The collection includes newspaper articles dating from 1917-1927; an essay entitled Red Cross in Michigan, 1881-1938; a booklet entitled The work of the Red Cross; the Red Cross manual of home services for July 1917; a Red Cross booklet on surgical dressings; a telegram on Belgian relief; music manuscript for Florence Nightingale song, words and music by John Owen; and various other memorabilia, including ribbons, pins, a poster, etc.
